☔️ While I’m supposed to be at the first party this weekend, I’m holding my plans with an open hand as we wait and see just how much rain Hurricane Debby decides to bring our way here in South Carolina (We are also looking at the delayed start to the school year here, so it could be a very interesting week!)

This week, Disney is sharing information about their newest ship, the Disney Destiny, debuting in 2025 out of Fort Lauderdale.

🦁This will be a sister ship to the Wish (my personal fave of the Disney ships) and we just learned that it will feature a Lion King Dining Experience. This dinner show called Pride Lands: Feast of the Lion King, will feature live musicians and storytellers who will present a musical journey through the Lion King using African instruments and theatrical props.

Disney’s new ⚡️Lightning Lane Multi-Pass⚡️ goes into effect tomorrow (July 24th).

At Disneyland, this is a change in name only (“Genie+” now called “Lightning Lane Multi-Pass”) but in Walt Disney World, it’s a whole new ballgame that includes the opportunity to purchase the pass prior to your trip arrival AND even pre-book 3 attractions for each of your park days! (You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase and pre-book “Lightning Lane Single Passes”.)

✨There’s now even more reason to stay onsite as Walt Disney World Hotel guests get to pre-book their attractions days before anyone else!

☀️While Disney’s partnership with DOLE started in Disneyland when they became the sponsor for the Enchanted Tiki Room, the DOLE Whip was actually created for Walt Disney World in 1984 when DOLE looked to create a non-diary mix that would better withstand Florida heat! 😉

🏰DOLE Whip did not arrive to Disneyland until 2 years later in 1986

🌺Walt Disney World’s Polynesian Resort was the first location outside of the parks to serve DOLE Whip in 2014

✅The relocation of Edge, the tween club, which will include access to an outdoor deck
