Today is Book Giving Day and we are offering free entry to anyone (and some under 18) when you bring a book to contribute.
If possible, we would love to send the book to the bookshop so that you can see it for yourself, enjoy a meal, and maybe buy another book to read!

I am looking for a local dog/cat/ animal related charity to donate the money that will be collected during Paw Fest to.

I also have a number of stalls that can be used for dog/ cat/ animal related charities - these are free of charge.

Diwrnod St Dwynwen Hapus – Happy St Dwynwen’s Day!

St Dwynwen’s Day is the annual celebration of Saint Dwynwen who is the patron saint of love in Wales. It is a celebration of love and affection that takes place on 25th January and is often thought of as the Welsh equivalent of Valentine’s Day.

Incidentally, as well as being the Welsh patron saint of lovers, she's also the patron saint of sick animals. So we love her even more!

Cwtch (pronounced ‘kutch’, to rhyme with ‘hutch’) is the Welsh word for a cuddle or hug :-)

So over the next week we will be starting to share with you our favourite dog friendly cafés, walks, places to stay etc...

We start with Cafe Notos in Rhosneigr.. on the high street this is the place to go for breakfast or really good Welsh coffee and your dog will be welcomed with open arms and biscuits!!

Hello hello, over the next few months we will be really building this page and a new website will be around the corner too... it's all a work in progress to get you the best dog friendly everything on the island but for now we would like to share great places to stay that are very dog friendly...

To celebrate the launch of their Pup Cups and a brand new selection of Dewkes dog treats (chews that last a bit longer so you have time to sit and enjoy a coffee), the team are running a special ‘dog friendly’ week. Visit over the next seven days - starting from tomorrow - and your pooch will receive a free Pup Cup brimming with creamy deliciousness. DFD’s Lauren recommends a latte and a pecan maple Danish for the humans.
Looking for a nearby dog walk? How about a hike to the top of the Great Orme? While it’s a little challenging, the breathtaking views from the top more than make up for it. However, if you prefer, you can take the tram which runs seven days a week from early April to late October.

Unfortunately as we are a working distillery we can’t allow dogs into our cafe/bar area but we have set up a small area outside so you can enjoy some lovely food, drinks and samples of our spirits with your furry friends and we will make sure your experience with us is just as special!!
We also have some yummy doggy ice cream availabe so they don’t miss out either!!🍦🐾🍦🐾
