Two rustic, charming, up-cycled mobile homes on a working dairy farm called 'Willow' and 'Oak' are available for holidays. The farm has two robots for milking the cows and other animals include calves, chickens, geese, guinea fowl and dogs. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and get to know the animals. The caravans are bright, clean and comfortable with stunning views across the Umborne valley to the picturesque town of Colyton which is a ten minute walk away. It's winding streets, historical buildings and friendly pubs make it a lovely town to visit. They are situated in an 'AONB' (area of outstanding national beauty). Private parking is available next to a small bridge over a stream giving you lovely entrance to your caravan and garden. The mobile homes have been up cycled giving them a quirky, rustic charm. Both lounges have two large sofas, large television, dvd player, dvds, puzzles and games. The kitchens are fully equipped and have a gas oven, grill and hob as well as a microwave and a fridge with an ice box. They each have a dining area. The bathroom has a shower and hip bath. Each caravan has two double bedrooms and 'Willow' has a third bedroom with two small single beds. Both have their own ample outside area with a picnic table where you can enjoy the views and peace and quiet even further. Although both caravans are in the same area high fencing ensures there is privacy between the two. They are available together or on their own. Each one is £55 per night or £50 per night if booking for a week (£350). We ask guests to bring their own bed linen and towels or bed linen can be provided (£10 for the first bed and £5 for every other). Duvets, pillows, toilet roll, bath mats and tea towels are provided. In colder months each caravan has electric blankets on all beds, hot water bottles, gas heater in the lounge and fan heaters in the bedrooms. Please feel free to ask any further questions.
