In 2024, I was able to plan vacations to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Costa Rica, New Zealand, the Caribbean, and more. A week into 2025 and I’m already working on more Disney trips, an extended family cruise, and tour around Europe.

🚨Important Travel Reminder!🚨

Beginning May 7, 2025, travelers flying domestically will need a federal enhanced license/ID, also known as a REAL ID. For details about the updated IDs visit your state’s DMV website.

For international travel, travelers will still need valid passports as well as any additional paperwork/forms as required by their destination.

Does anyone even know what day it is at this point? I know I'm somewhere in between magical Christmas memories with my children and the excitement of the new year ahead. We're using this quieter time to catch up on holiday movies, finish up treats, and make big plans for 2025!

This past weekend, my family & I enjoyed a winter getaway to Leavenworth, WA. It felt like we were living in a snowglobe. From the Nutcracker Museum to the Gingerbread Factory to cider by the fireplace, the weekend was filled with holiday fun! Leavenworth has been featured several times as one of the best winter and Christmas getaways, including a segment on Good Morning America.

Booking a flight seems like a gamble. With dynamic pricing, it's hard to know when to buy. Use online tools to monitor pricing. My favorite tool is Google Flights. I can have price changes emailed to me and I can see the history of the prices for my chosen flight. This data can help me decide when is a good time to buy.

Bonus tip: Did your flight prices drop after you purchased your tickets? Contact your airline to see if they will credit the difference to your account. Many airlines will accommodate this request.

I am seeing more clients take extended family vacations to Walt Disney World, and it makes my heart smile knowing the extra special memories these families will make together. When traveling with a larger group, it's important to understand your accommodation options. Walt Disney World has several resort options for larger families traveling together.

Options include:
🔵 Family Suites- These suites are found at select value resorts and can sleep up to 6 adults or children. Added conveniences to the suites include a kitchenette and two full bathrooms.

🔵 Villas- Villas are located at the deluxe resorts and can sleep up to 12 adults or children depending on the size of the villa. Villas can include 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Families will also have plenty of space to hangout with a living room and full kitchen.

🔵 Multiple Rooms at Any Resort- A third option includes selecting multiple rooms at any of the Disney resorts. When booking multiple rooms, each individual family can personalize their vacation package to fit their needs and budget.
