My review of Pizza Inn:

Pizza Inn serves fast food. It's like Pizza Hut but with better quality pizza. There are more than 20 kinds of pizza, burgers, salads, and appetizers. They have a variety of deserts from ice cream to cheesecake and baklava. You can sometimes see them preparing the pizza in front of you which is cool because it shows how fresh it is. The down side is that their appetizer plater with the fries is pre-made (store-bought) frozen and fried. I recommend this restaurant if you want a quick good quality bite.

My Review of the balcony near the Eternal Flame Memorial:

If you have extra time, it is nice to spend it here to enjoy the wonderful views. The skies were foggy when I was there, so do plan ahead and go there on clear skies during sunset. Bring your snacks, sit, and enjoy!

My Review of Eternal Flame Memorial:

This memorial is part of WWII memorial and Martyr’s Lane. It's a photogenic place with nice views of the Caspian Sea. It’s a nice place to stroll and enjoy the beauty of the Caspian Sea. Try to go by sunset when the sunlight isn’t as strong as when I went.

Information Quoted from Wikipedia:

The proposal to establish the Eternal Flame Memorial was put forward in 1994. The Parliament of Azerbaijan, on the initiative of President Aliyev, subsequently agreed to erect a national monument in memory of Azerbaijani martyrs. Aliyev personally oversaw the project. During the exhibition on the fifth anniversary of Black January, three proposals, including one by sculptor Omar Eldarov, were submitted to the President; he requested several more proposals. The proposal developed by the architect Elbay Gasimzade won the competition. On August 5, 1998, President Aliyev issued an order to erect an Eternal Flame monument in the Alley of Martyrs with funding of 2 billion AZN.

The monument was inaugurated on October 9, 1998. The memorial complex is composed of a tomb standing on an 8-pointed star crown with a gold-framed glass dome. In 2007, the columns of the Eternal Flame were heightened and parts of the octangular star and eight-pointed mirror were made of gold.

Martyrs' Lane or Alley of Martyrs (Azerbaijani: Şəhidlər Xiyabanı), formerly known as the Kirov Park, is a cemetery and memorial in Baku, Azerbaijan dedicated to those killed by the Soviet Army during Black January 1990 and in the Nagorno-Karabakh War of 1988–1994.

My Review of Martyrs' Lane:

This is the place where those who died defending Azerbaijan are buried. At the end of the hall, there is a big torch that is still lit. It is a nice walk though to admire those who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of their country. If you walk till the end of the lane, you’ll get to a balcony that over looks the Caspian sea. Beautiful views from there. I advise you to go just before sunset.
