💎Heaven 2.0 Hard Rock Riviera Maya💎

Buildings one and two are exclusively for adults throughout the year, offering the Heaven experience. Gastronomic offerings for Heaven guests have expanded, featuring three new concept restaurants and an outdoor bar at the Eden Pool called Arribo Bar. The new restaurants are Umo, which is a Mexican Yucatan restaurant inspired by local and authentic ingredients, Wai, a specialty Thai restaurant serving handmade noodles in exotic flavors, and Faro, a perfectly balanced food hall with cuisine ranging from oven pizzas to bao buns.

Guests staying in the Heaven section also have the option of booking a deluxe swim-up room with private lounge chairs and views of the all-new Eden Pool. The hotel's latest addition boasts a sleek design and a full-service swim-up bar called Arribo where guests can order poolside bites from an a-la-carte snack menu.

The super cabanas, located next to the Eden Pool, are available for private reservations. These cabanas provide guests with exclusive lounge furniture, wait service, and bar top counters for enjoying snacks and beverages.

Travel Agents Rock, please read below and be educated:

"I think a lot of people misunderstand what travel agents do. Yes, they quote and book vacations. Yes, they make personalized itineraries and plans for you. Yes, this costs you NOTHING extra over booking it yourself.

What they don't do is get paid if you don't book with them. They are not paid an hourly wage. They are only compensated on trips they book, and only after you return home from traveling. So that Mexico vacation, cruise, all-inclusive resort stay, etc. that you book on your own - they could have booked it for the same price or sometimes cheaper but you would have helped them build their business. AT NO COST TO YOU. Booking with a travel agent is a win-win!

The cost of their services is already included in the cost you pay, whether you use an agent or not. Essentially you are paying for a service you are not receiving.

You want to travel with the peace of mind of a professional agent with industry relationships to be there for support because we have all seen things don’t always go perfect”
