The firm is currently developing documents for the adaptive reuse of a former toy factory in Brooklyn as a new pre-kindergarten facility. Scheduled to open in 2023, the new center will serve about 250 early education students. is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) firm by several local agencies, and has been privileged to collaborate with other consultant firms on large scale development projects. One such project is the Public Safety Answering Center (PSAC II), a 550,000 square feet development in the Bronx. This new facility houses NYC Police and Fire Department dispatch operations, a vital hub for these agencies. is collaborating with other firms to work on the redesign and expansion of Delta Airlines JFK Terminal 4 concourses for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. DBB Architecture PC is honored to be a part of New York City's infrastructure upgrade program. was also a member of the design team that recently completed documents for a new Public Health Laboratory for the City of New York. This project earned an Excellence in Design award from NYC Public Design Commission in June 2021. Construction is just under way for this essential project for the NYC community. His past work includes several notable buildings locally and internationally, such as the World Bank Headquarters in Washington DC, the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center in Georgia, and the 10 St James office tower in Boston, Massachusetts, and the Harlem USA retail and entertainment complex (home to basketball hall of famer Magic Johnson's movie theaters).
