Hi everyone!! Facebook algorithm keeps us on our toes doesn’t it?! 🤣
I just want to reintroduce myself for all of my new followers! I have been a Disney “planner” for many years-helping friends & family with their trips and suggestions, but I have only been a Magical Vacation Planner for 2 years now! I’m so happy to be helping everyone as they are starting to really get out & getaway, making family memories to cherish for a lifetime. I just love the DS District-so many shops, and restaurants-there is ALWAYS something new! Swirls on the Water is a new food kiosk described as “the ultimate Dole Whip destination”. Officially opened March 15th & I cannot wait to taste test!

The Festival of Fantasy Parade is BACK!! 🎉🎊
You can catch this favorite at 11:30am & 2:30pm heading down Main Street every day! There is also a new genie+ option to get you a special viewing area-one thing I’ve enjoyed is not having to sit on a curb for an hour to watch the parade-this would be great!!

The 50th statues are beautiful! Also a fun, laid back activity for you and your kiddos to look for all of them!! There are 36 total statues throughout all the parks! Keep your eyes open, some are difficult to spot! 🧚

A discussion I regularly have with clients is parades vs calvacades. I sure do miss that fire breathing dragon! BUT I don’t miss waiting on a curb for an hour before parade time just to have a good seat. I also LOVE the excitement my kids, and let’s be honest even myself, have with the character interaction. They see you, they wave, even have conversations with you as they stroll by. I also enjoy the nostalgia of what parades used to be, simplicity. Even if the calvacades go away, they will be a favorite memory of mine for all time!

It’s official!! Fireworks are BACK at Magic Kingdom! HEA has always been my favorite show as soon as it debuted. This was the last time we got to experience it before the shutdown.

Hollywood Studios Day! My family’s favorite park! We skylined over, went straight to Toy Story to hang out with Andy’s Toys, then on to Batuu! We were lucky enough to get a Rise if the Resistance pass this day, such an amazing ride!We had lunch at Hollywood & Vine and we all agreed it was our best meal the entire trip! Don’t sleep on the buffets restaurants that have had to revamp their menus, SO good!

MK DAY!
We got in early and were able to get a few pics with no one around! This day we were all over the place, just trying to get to our favorites that we have missed! Breakfast from Sleepy Hollow, lots of Buzz Lightyear Spin, Mickey ice cream bars, and spending the day with friends!
I finished the night coming back to a surprise from a sweet friend! These cookies battled Gideon’s for sure, SO good!

Spent this morning learning about the ALL NEW all inclusives being added to the Margaritaville Karisma Resorts! Family friendly Cap Cana in Dominican Republic and the adults only Riviera Maya in Mexico. Both opening later this year & will be AMAZING! 🏝☀️🌊

Travel Day/Epcot! ✈️🌎🌐

Early morning flights to make it Home at an early hour! This was our 2 littles first time flying, they loved it! Magical Express is just so nice, and glad we all got to experience it before it leaves us! We dropped our things off at Bell Services & headed straight to Epcot! Spent the day walking the countries with friends! We also got to experience our first distanced character meet with Alice!
My 2 favorite eats that day were the Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich from France and the Violet Sake from Japan!

First things first, our resort stay at Disney’s Beach Club Villas 🤩
This was our first time staying in the Epcot district! I’m not sure what was more convenient-the ability to walk to Epcot & Hollywood Studios, or the easy access to the Boardwalk Pizza Window 🍕
Stormalong Bay did not disappoint 💦 🏊‍♂️ the views, lazy river, pirate ship water slide & the SAND BOTTOM POOLS are just some of the reasons you don’t skip on this resort pool!
Our room was a deluxe studio fit for 5 and it was perfect! The kids really enjoyed taking turns on the pull down bed!

Happy 23rd bEARTHday to Animal Kingdom today! 🌳🍃🦁🐒.
DAK is well known for being a half-day park, but my family absolutely LOVES spending the day here!
There is lots to do-rides, food, petting the animals, shows, becoming wilderness explorers, the drawing classes, site seeing on the safari. It most definitely ranks high in our book!

I promised more than travel deals, so today we start our Local Spotlights!
Adam’s Flying Pig Coffee House is our 1st spotlight, and well deserved! Before I discuss their goods, I want you to know how supportive to our community this place is! During this entire pandemic/covid crazy school year, they have opened their doors(and their wifi) so on any given day you can find groups of kids studying & working hard! They also hosted Wheelersburg’s JH Cheerleaders, just so they could have a celebration to end their Covid season. Now onto the goods...
SO many awesome choices here! Coffees, smoothies, teas! They always have a new specialty drink to try, and are always SO good! I appreciate all of the SF options that they have available, so many! Right now I’m hooked on the iced SF Flying Pig Mocha. They have recently added a few really good food choices as well-avocado toast, pastries, soups & sandwiches, and my fav-the açaí bowl! You can’t go wrong!
