Favorite moments of 2023! This year has been like no other. I started it out in Park City Utah, then went to a new country, Costa Rica. I spent more time in Austin and made some incredible memories. I spent the summer in Europe exploring London, Paris, Nice, and Iceland then we spent Fall on the east coast and finished up with a trip to Four Seasons Jackson Hole. We picked up our new car a few days ago and are spending our anniversary at the Four Seasons in Houston. Feeling extra thankful for my friends and family who got me through this year ✨

Happy Friday!! How has your week been? I started an awesome new job this week and I have to tell you this week has flown by with everything new I’m learning. I’m working remotely and getting back in to the groove of a new schedule. One thing I love about my new job is I’m location independent and can work from anywhere. Anyone else work remote?

I spent my first morning in Paris exploring at 6:00 AM. This is the only time you will find the city empty and quiet, especially in the summer. I love seeing the sites before they are completely packed and you can have it to yourself. Would you wake up at sunrise to explore Paris?

Getaway to Los Cabos!!
📌 Save for your next trip

Los Cabos actually covers Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. The two area can be so different but equally amazing. Here are my favorite things to do:
⋒ Stay at
⋒ Eat at flora farms and Acre for the best farm to table experiences
For the best tacos go to La Lupita.
Try Mona Lisa, El Farallon, or Agua for amazing and elevated dining experiences.
⋒ Explore the art district in San Jose del Cabo. If you are there on a Thursday join the art walk
⋒ Go on a boat tour to the famous Arch in Cabo San Lucas and hit the water at Santa Maria Beach
⋒ Take it easy and hang out on the beach with a cold drink in your hand! Nothing better than soaking up the sun in Cabo ☀️

📍 Chapel at One & Only Palmilla
The hotel was originally built in 1956 as a 15-room luxury hideaway by the son of the Mexican president at the time. The resort quickly became a favorite among Hollywood celebrities and high-profile guests seeking an exclusive retreat and over the years, it has undergone several expansions and renovations.

The stunning chapel located on-site known as Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel, holds significant historical and cultural importance. It was constructed in the 1950s and has become an iconic symbol of the resort ✨

The stunning One & Only Palmilla Resort in Cabo San Lucas is one of my favorite places 🌴☀️ From the beautiful architecture to the pristine beaches, this resort truly has it all! Soaking up the sun with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez - it doesn't get much better than this ☀️🌊 If you're looking for the ultimate luxury getaway, the One & Only Palmilla Resort should be at the top of your list!

Bluebonnet season 💙
Spring has arrived and bluebonnets are in full bloom. This shot was from wild seed farms by their 50 acre production field in Fredericksburg. Just past this field they also have a whole field of poppies in bloom. At the moment bluebonnets can be spotted all over the place right now. On every drive I’ve taken around Austin bluebonnets are all over the sides of the road. Next I would love to see the cherry blossoms in bloom 🌸

Paradise Found 🌴

was an absolute dream in the heart of Peninsula Papagayo, in Costa Rica. The resort covers 45 beautiful acres with:
~4 pools, 2 separate beaches, and this tucked away waterfall hot tub
~18 hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer
~World class Spa and fitness center
~4 tennis courts
~5 restaurants with fresh food sourced from local farmers

For all my Austin people the flight is direct at 3.5 hours to Costa Rica ✈️

First Sundance Film Festival 🎥 ✨

After a 2-year absence, Sundance returned to Park City! The most iconic and the smallest screening location is Main Street's Egyptian Theater. The Theater's construction began in 1926; 10 years after the original theatre collapsed under the weight of snow. The Egyptian theater was built under the supervision of an Egyptologist to ensure authenticity in its decorations of hieroglyphics, lotus leaves, and ancient symbols.

I’ve always wanted to attend the film festival and so glad I finally made it! I saw the movie Beyond Utopia, it was a moving film covering the lengths people will go to gain freedom and followed individuals as they attempt to flee North Korea. The entire audience was profoundly affected by this film. At the end the director came out for a Q&A session which we all appreciated. If this movie is distributed more widely I do recommend that you take the time to see it.

But if you prefer skiing over movies, this is the time to hit the slopes. Locals know that most people that are visiting are there for the film festival and not skiing. You will find yourself with short lift lines and slopes to yourself 🏔️

Let's wander where the Wi-Fi is weak 🏝

Have you ever had a whole beach to yourself?? At the there are open air beach palapas that you can have all to yourself. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and highly recommend it!

January and February are some of my favorite times to spend in Mexico. The weather is great and starting off the year by the beach is good for the soul.

What do you have planned for the weekend ahead? I’m getting ready to leave for Costa Rica soon, hopefully I’ll experience something like this.

Gods little gift to the Hill Country 💦 thats how Krause Springs was described and honestly it is one of the most magical places 🌿
I still can’t believe this little gem is right outside of Austin.

Krause Springs is a privately owned family property located in Spicewood, TX just under an hour drive from Austin. Water feeds from 32 natural springs into a pool then down multiple waterfalls into the main watering hole.

Admission is $9 for the day. You can bring your own floats, snacks, & alcohol. This natural spring is 68 degrees year round.

In this photo there is a secret entrance to a cave. And of course like any perfect watering hole there is a rope swing.

On your way out make a stop at Opie’s BBQ. The brisket is amazing and the cobbler is a must!

Cheers to National Rosé Day! Cheers to celebrating summer, friends, and all things pink 💕

Can’t miss a glass of Rosé at luties at the This is a must visit restaurant when you are in Austin, this place is something special. The menu is seasonally inspired with fresh ingredients sourced from the estate and local farmers. On the interior the garden is brought inside with flora hanging from the ceiling but you can also sit outside on the patio by the rose garden for an equally beautiful setting ✨

We’ve tried just about everything on the menu at this point and we have to say you can’t go wrong with anything you get. I do highly recommend the Kouign Amann Ice Cream 😍 it’s just heavenly

✨Exploring cities and find new restaurants doesn’t get much better than . The not only offers stunning views, but amazing food & drinks 🥃 You seriously can’t miss the brunch here either!
A few of the reasons we love to travel is to try all the different specialties and meet great people along the way. Definitely did both here and can’t wait to come back for the amazing food and welcoming people!

We love Four Seasons and one of the reasons is that they are so unique. You know that at each location you will have a great time, but each hotel has their own interesting local touch like a coffee concierge here at Four Seasons Seattle. Here we have also have a view of the Bay and great wheel. Plus we are a two minute walk to the famous Pike Place. FSseattle is a must stay when in Seattle!

Happy Friday💐 Seattle has been an absolute dream! We highly recommend walking through the flower market is full of tulips 🌷at the moment. You can also catch a flying fish here, get some of the best coffee, the freshest seafood and produce here. It’s right around the corner from our home away from home!

Welcome to the Garden of the Gods!
We just had our first visit to this special place and it was definitely worth it. We took the road trip to Garden of the Gods to see the dramatic views and 300' towering sandstone rock formations against a backdrop of snow-capped Pikes Peak 🏔 it definitely reminded us of places like Valley of Fire and Sedona 🏜

So hard to believe it’s April already but it has been a busy few months. How are you kicking off the month? We are going to check out all the blooming flowers in Texas Hill Country this weekend! Can’t wait to see what you are all up to. 🌸

The best time for new beginnings is in spring 🌸

We got that Friday feeling!! ✨ Haven’t been this excited for a Friday in a while. I finished up my first week in my new position working remotely and it’s been so amazing! Thanks you all for giving me all of your work from home 🏡 tips for success.

It’s also kickoff weekend for South by Southwest in Austin. SXSW runs from March 11- 20 and there are multiple festivals, including music, film, and comedy, as well as exhibitions and a conference for professionals in creative and interactive industries. We plan to hit up a few of the events this weekend.
