Due to their location on the border of two prairie provinces, Flin Flon’s top snowmobile trails alternate from Manitoba to Saskatchewan.

One of Flin Flon’s most popular journeys is to go from the city to Denare Beach, Saskatchewan. The route uses a combination of trails 203B and 203A.

Another favourite trip is to travel from Flin Flon to The Pas, Manitoba. The trail is about 161 kilometres (100 miles) long. It starts as Trail 203B in Creighton, Saskatchewan and turns into Trail 410 in Flin Flon. When you get on the lakes, the area opens up and you can go along the shorelines and play in the powder.

Bomber Fan Bus for only $200 you can be a part of the SJHL Finals games 1 and 2 in Estevan, Saskatchewan. This will include transportation to Estevan, hotel, and both game tickets.

That is a steal of a deal!
Here's the breakdown:
Transportation (gas is not cheap),
Hotel (avg. Cost of a hotel is $150 per/night),
Game Tickets ($25 is the Adult ticket price)

The fan bus will head to Estevan on April 22, stay overnight, and return after game 2 on April 23.

We require 50 people to sign up in order to send a fan bus. Limit of 55 people. Double occupancy is preferred, single occupancy can be arranged for an additional fee.

The Great Grey Owl is the provincial bird of Manitoba. The Great Grey Owl  is a very large owl, documented as the world's largest species of owl by length. The Great Grey Owl can be found across the Northern Hemisphere. In some areas it is also called Phantom of the North, cinereous owl, spectral owl, Lapland owl, spruce owl, bearded owl, and sooty owl.

The black bear is a medium-sized bear native to North America. It is the continent's smallest and most widely distributed bear species. Black bears are omnivores, with their diets varying greatly depending on season and location. They typically live in mostly forested areas but will leave forests in search of food. They are sometimes attracted to human communities because of the immediate availability of food.

Manitoba's population is
estimated at 25,000 - 30,000 bears.

The Bohemian Waxwing is a starling-sized passerine bird that breeds in the northern forests of the Paleartic and North America. It has mainly buff-grey plumage, black face markings and a pointed crest. Its wings are patterned with white and bright yellow, and some feather tips have the red waxy appearance that give this species its name. Bohemian Waxwings are social birds that form large, compact, and noisy groups-sometimes in the thousands- as they scour the landscape looking for fruit during the nonbreeding season.

The coyote appears often in the tales and traditions of First Nations—usually as a very savvy and clever beast. Coyotes have displayed their cleverness by adapting to the changing landscape. These members of the dog family once lived primarily in open prairies and deserts, but now roam the continent's forests and mountains. Coyotes are smaller than wolves and are sometimes called prairie wolves or brush wolves.
