Kokanee Creek Lodge is so awesome during the winter! Family of otters playing in the pond, an eagle in the tree above them enjoying the show while the kids and dogs build a snow fort!

I think this is a Kokanee Creek Lodge record. Just under 19” and about 100 yards from the lodge. We typically catch and release but Luke was fishing by himself and he knew no one would believe him so this is dinner tonight!

A bit smoky at Kokanee Creek Lodge this week but the fishing was still awesome! Super fun to see those red footballs in the water too (the Kokanee are spawning).

The lodge is now available the week of our Spring Break! We had the days blocked off for personal use but decided to take the kids on a different adventure for spring break so now the dates of March 16-24 are available. If you’re interested we will do it for half off or make us an offer and we’ll probably take it. Hate to see it sitting empty during Spring Break!

We cleared a few trees last year and as I was cutting them up for firewood over Labor Day I thought “their must be something we can do with this instead of just burn it…” so I made this for the living room at Kokanee Creek Lodge

Winter fun at Kokanee Creek Lodge! Disk golf in the snow, polar plunge, hot springs, and reading a book by the fireplace enjoying the snow. It is amazing up here in the winter!
