The main floor of the home includes kitchen, living room, full bath with whirlpool bath tub, and two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The basement has a non-private bedroom with two twin beds and a family room with a futon and three twin beds. A bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer are also in the basement. Wake up each morning and enjoy the view of the lake from the two patio doors in the

kitchen/living area or enjoy a cup of coffee on the back porch. In the evening, enjoy a campfire at one or both of the fire pits outside and listen to the loons on the lake (the birds, not the neighbors, well maybe the neighbors, too). Included at the home:
Full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with water/ice, pots and pans, dishes, instantpot pressure cooker, air fryer
Gas grill, charcoal grill
Bathroom with whirlpool bath tub
Sleeping for 11 in beds (2 Queen upstairs, full size futon and 5 twin downstairs)
Smart TVs (must use your own Netflix or other streaming service)
WiFi
Fenced in yard
Private dock
4 kayaks

Only half mile from The Robin’s Nest, they seriously have the BEST breakfast! Go early or order a carry out because during the spring/summer/fall they get very busy the later you go. Right across the road from there is The Rusty Hook Saloon & Smokehouse, good food, cold drinks, and a great place to visit with locals and visitors. If you’re bringing your ATVs or Snowmobiles, the driveway has plenty of space for vehicles and trailers and the trails are only half mile away.

WELCOME to our Hayward Getaway. We’re Vic & Kathy Buhr (+Claira, Kathryn, and William). Vic purchased the house in 2017 and since then, a full remodel has been done inside. It was his sweet bachelor pad until we met and he decided to make the move to good old Hazel Green. The last couple years we’ve been working to transform it from a bachelor/dog pad to a family getaway. We look forward to welcoming you to our little Hayward Getaway!
