Walt Disney World is currently searching for performers to fill the role of Luisa from “Encanto.” 🏠

There aren’t exact specifics, but the listing states the character would be featured at “potential future special events.”

“Performers will have the opportunity to bring this role to life, in addition to performing as world famous Disney Characters at our Parks & Resorts near Orlando, Florida.

Disney Character Performers play before thousands of guests each day in character greetings, sightings, and other experiences across the Walt Disney World Resort.

Performers sign autographs, pose for pictures, and help create magical moments with guests of all ages.”

✨Changes to Genie+ at Walt Disney World ✨

✨Starting today, you will select the park you will be attending (or park hopper if hopping) and buy Genie+ for that specific park at a variable rate.

✨ Question: is Genie+ worth it? My answer remains “depends on what your goals are for your trip.” Don’t know your trip goals or if you should get it, let’s chat!

Good changes coming to Genie+ in Walt Disney World!! Starting Tuesday, June 27, each park will have a different price for Genie+. This is great as there’s not as many Genie+ offerings at Animal Kingdom and Epcot, but previously it was all the same price. Now, I might have to rethink my strategy that Genie+ isn’t worth it at Animal Kingdom. Really means I just need to go hop on a plane and check it out! 😆

🎃👻 Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom 👻🎃

🎃 Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green can purchase tickets starting April 27, and tickets will be available to all guests starting May 2.

👻 If you want to go, but haven’t planned your trip yet, I recommend doing so soon to take advantage of the early sale of tickets.

🎃 First night of MNSSHP is August 11 and runs on select nights through Nov 1.
