One of the best kept secrets in Salzburg is St. Peter Stiftskulinarium. We recently followed the heartfelt invite from Cornelia M. Kogler to the opening of their Weihnachtswunderwelt (now, that's quite a mouthful, isn't it?). The ambience could not have been any better: Temperature around freezing point, first snow flakes, Hot Glühwein & Orange Punsch with Rum, an array of kitchen treats, and a bigger crowd of see and be seen of Salzburg. We will write more about the Stiftskulinarium once we tested room by room (yes, there are rooms for dine & shows in pretty much any size, from 2 people romantic dining to 700 guests celebrations). Thank you, Cornelia, for this invitation; we will definitely be back!

🌳✨ Thinking back to this incredible adventure along Georgia’s coastal region, I have to say, it felt like stepping straight into a southern storybook! We started at Emma’s Driftwood Farm in Darien, surrounded by beautiful oak trees and marshland—talk about a perfect escape. 🌿

From there, we explored the laid-back charm of St. Simons Island, soaking in the ocean views and enjoying the freshest seafood. 🦐 Then, it was off to Jekyll Island, where wandering Driftwood Beach made us feel completely connected to nature. 🌊

We also made a visit to Brunswick, a town full of history, cute shops, and friendly faces. If you’re looking for a vacation spot that combines natural beauty with southern charm, Georgia’s coast should be at the top of your list. 🌅🌴

An Unforgettable Getaway in Darien, Georgia, USA: Emma’s Driftwood Farm

🌿✨ Just returned from an incredible getaway at Emma’s Driftwood Farm in Darien, Georgia! From crabbing and fishing on the marsh to cozy nights by the fireplace and relaxing in the outdoor tub, every moment was magical. 🦀🎣🔥
We also loved exploring the charming streets of Darien and historic Brunswick. This place is the perfect Southern escape! 💕🌅

🌄 Two amazing days in Leogang, Salzburgerland!

We kicked off the first day with a delicious breakfast at Alte Schmiede on Asitz. After our taste buds had their little fiesta we carried our full bellies to the cross for breathtaking mountain views. Walked over to the Sonnkogel and rested our bodies and souls at the Nature Cinema in cozy hammocks. Later we wandered down the tranquil trail of Arts which ends at the Senses Park with its shimmering lake and wooden loungers.
The next day was pure tranquility on the Shinrin Yoku path, soaking in nature. Wrapped up our hiking adventure with an exquisite gourmet dinner at 1617 Restaurant in Naturhotel Forsthofgut, where they serve mouthwatering traditional Austrian delicacies.
Leogang, you stole our hearts! 💚🍽️🏞️✨
