Hello friends! We are in the process of moving to the Vacasa management platform. As such, we are showing fully booked thru December 31, 2024.

This is just temporary until we are up and running on Vacasa. Should be next week or so.

This has no impact to any existing reservations whatever agency you booked thru, that will still be honored.

More later on the benefits Vacasa will bring to you, but in the meantime if you’d like to make a reservation, I can create a hold for you. Please message me directly.

We were honored to have guests stay with us recently that rented our condo the same week every summer for years before we owned it. Their entries into the guest book were so fun to read. It was evident they loved the place as much as we do. You could see their children grow up by their penmanship and content of their entries. I was able to locate them via Facebook and they traveled down from upstate NY and reclaimed their week at the beach!!! It was great to learn they appreciated all the upgrades we have put into the place. That is a testament to all of you too. For staying with us and taking care of our condo. Thanks Janet and Frank for allowing us to share these great pictures!!!

We have replaced the sleeper sofa with a new standard leather sofa, and we upgraded the deck furniture. We recognize we were only able to do this thanks to your support. The weather was amazing Labor Day Weekend. That’s me on a sandbar. The mullet were also running so the waves were full and we saw lots of dolphins!!!

Hello All,

We hope this finds you well and ready to enjoy a great 2021!

We made some updates to the unit and we are excited to share the pictures with you.

New flooring throughout the unit, new vanities in both bathrooms, new deck chairs with cushions and a new bed in the master bedroom. We are also providing linens for all reservations.

And the most exciting news....the pools will be open this season!!!! (By May 1st at the latest.)
