👉 Bacolod City = SPASS, BacTrac Reg, Health declaration Form, Negative RT-PCR swab or Saliva test (Redcross), 72hrs taken before arrival in Bacolod City

✅ COVID-19 TESTING is no longer mandatory for travellers, EXCEPT if the LGU of your destination (province, municipality and city) will require testing before travel. RT-PCR or swab test is the only test that should be accepted if needed.

Good news! The Philippine government has lifted the restrictions on outbound non-essential travel of Filipinos. The memorandum has been published on the Official Gazette (click this link: https://bit.ly/IATFReso52) and will be effective starting July 22.

Filipinos who wish to travel abroad shall be subject to the following conditions:
✅ Submission of confirmed round-trip tickets for those traveling on tourist visas
✅ Travel health insurance to cover rebooking and accommodation expenses, should they end up stranded abroad.
✅ They are allowed to enter their destination country, in accordance with their travel, health, and quarantine restrictions.
✅ Ex*****on of a “declaration” acknowledging the risks involved in traveling.

TRAVEL ADVISORY FROM DUBAI, UAE (as of 23 July 2020)

From 1 August 2020 all passengers travelling to Dubai from the Philippines, including UAE citizens and residents, tourists, and passengers connecting in Dubai, must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate. The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before departure. This excludes children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability.

The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before you depart. This also applies if you are travelling to another destination and connected to an Emirates flight to Dubai. From 1 August 2020, you must also take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai if you travelled from the Philippines and other points listed in their advisory.

Notice to All Domestic Passengers Bound for Angeles and Davao City

Please be advised that the City Governments of Angeles and Davao require all arriving passengers to present negative RT-PCR test results taken within 72 hours upon arrival to the cities mentioned.

Davao-bound passengers who are allowed to board their flights without RT-PCR test results will be tested upon arrival and will not be allowed to exit without the result. Likewise, all passengers whose test results are issued more than 72 hours prior shall be retested at the DIA and will not be allowed to exit without the results.

Angeles City-bound passengers should have tested negative for COVID-19 through RT-PCR testing before being allowed entry. Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) shall be allowed to return provided that their arrival has been duly coordinated with the City Government and has tested negative for COVID-19 through RT-PCR test. LSIs without RT-PCR test results may be allowed into entry provided they are willing to undergo 14-day quarantine in the city's Community Quarantine Center.

CRK would like to remind all passengers bound for these cities to coordinate with their airlines and local governments for proper facilitation of their arrival requirements.

In line with the Province of Cebu’s directive prohibiting the entry of passengers into Cebu via air from Clark, Legazpi, Dumaguete, and Cagayan, the following flights from March 15 to April 13 are cancelled:

5J 204 Cagayan de Oro (Laguindingan)-Cebu
5J 157 Clark-Cebu
5J 607 Clark-Cebu
5J 609 Clark-Cebu
DG 6516 Dumaguete-Cebu

Passengers on cancelled flights can choose from any of these options:
• Rebook the flight, with change fees and fare difference waived.
• Store the full value of the ticket in a Travel Fund. This is valid for 180 days and can be used to book any Cebu Pacific flight within the next 12 months.
• Get a full refund. The refund will be according to the mode of payment. If paid in cash, refund must be claimed at designated Cebu Pacific ticket offices. If payment was made through debit or credit card, please allow two (2) billing cycles for refund to be credited into the account
