Many visitors are surprised by how close we are to the ocean, often thinking Berry is inland. Berry Beach Holiday Cottage is the perfect location situated just 1 km from Seven Mile Beach and 6 kms from Berry township. Winter is a perfect time for exploring our coastline which is almost deserted at this time of year. Alternatively, we have great shopping and eateries, not forgetting we are right in the centre of the Shoalhaven wine district. Our stone cottage, which is set in three acres of manicured gardens, remains a favourite for visitors wanting to explore our ever popular South Coast.🏡🐚⛰️

Yes, there really are Kangaroos on some of our South Coast beaches. I got such a buzz when we took one of our UK visitors to Pebbly Beach last week, she was just so excited, jumping up and down,with a look of astonishment on her face. A good reminder for me of how lucky we are to have such a wonderful and unique wildlife. So if you are looking for a kangaroo fix then Berry Beach Holiday Cottage is the perfect starting point for exploring the South Coast, on your roo spotting adventure.🦘🦘🦘🙏

Winter is always a beautiful time at Berry Beach Holiday Cottage and a perfect time for those who want to explore the local area.We are situated just 1 kg from Seven Mile Beach and National park.Approach the beach turn right and end up at Shoalhaven Heads pub for fish and chips.Turn left for Gerroa and visit our favourite local cafe/ restaurant the Blue Swimmer.It’s also Whale season so keep your eye’s peeled you might just get lucky.🐳🐋🐳🐋
