I sent an Email to executive office and they are investigating our refund. It's very disturbing that a company can have workers who do not communicate with corporate officials before disembarking passengers off a cruise. 100% refund was guaranteed from Guest service aboard Anthem Of The Seas. Corporate didnt know anything about a refund.
