Last set of pictures of the cabin! Hope you’ve been enjoying seeing all of our hard work through these pictures. (We’ll share the much anticipated “before and afters” on our next posts). The last area of photos to show you is of the main floor. The main entry door is off of the East deck and walks you into the living room which ties in to the open concept kitchen. With island seating for 4, table seating for 8, and covered outdoor picnic seating, will enjoy the weather, views and company from anywhere in this cabin!

Added bonus- do your laundry here before you go home so it makes the unpacking process a bit less strenuous when you have the “post-vacation-blues”

Picture time! Moving to the upper/main level. On our last post you saw the sleeper sofa and bunk bed options for extra sleeping arrangements. On the upper main level is where you’ll find the 3 main bedrooms all in the same hallway. The first bedroom is the master suite with the master bath attached. This bathroom has a double sink granite top and stand up tile shower with dimming low voltage lighting. The master bedroom has a king size log bed, dresser, full length mirror and 2 large closets. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 are both queen log beds with a log dresser or chest of drawers, 1 large closet and mirror. Across the hall from these rooms is the hallway bath with a double sink granite top and full bathtub/tile shower combo with the dimming low voltage lighting as well.

Added bonus- All beds have a power incline/recline platform so you can sleep comfortably for your individual preference and all bedrooms have USB port outlets next to the beds and in the digital alarm clocks so you’re able to charge all of your devices when needed.

Picture time! You saw the game room side of the lower/ground level in our last post. Let’s walk to the other side of the lower level where you’ll pass the bathroom with a full walk in shower and low voltage shower lighting. Beyond that you can turn on the electric fireplace, stream your favorite movie and cozy up on the sofa (sleeper sofa, that is.) Meanwhile, the kids can gather around the mini game table in the “kid nook” where they can find entertainment options like Uno, Jenga, Yahtzee and more. Need more room for sleeping arrangements? There’s also a full bottom/twin top bunk bed in this same area.

Picture time! The ground level floor is just inside the 9 foot slider doors that walk you out to the fire pit, outdoor bar and hot tub area that you saw in our last post. Inside those doors is where you’ll walk right in to the ultimate game room/lounge area. Conversation area seating, high top table seating, beverage fridge, tv, sound bar, jumbo sized wall mounted connect-four, magnetic darts, air hockey, pool table, arcade table and foosball make up this ultimate hang out spot for the whole group!

Picture time! Let’s take a look at the back patio. Facing the west, your group can circle around the fire pit and watch the sun set from double Adirondack chairs or single rockers. Hop in the hot tub or hang out at the bar. They’re both covered by the upper deck so rain is no issue!

Dollywood fireworks from the front deck! Friday and Saturday nights at 9pm during open season! No crowds, no trekking back through the parking lot when they’re done... just a perfect view from the comforts of your own cabin 👍🏼

Picture time! Each post will highlight a different part of the cabin that we think you will really like when you stay here. Let’s start with the front deck. It faces the East which gives you a stunning view of the sunrise. In the spring and summer the leaves completely fill in on the trees making you feel secluded and tucked away on top of the hollow’s ridge. In the fall and winter when the leaves change and have fallen, you can see down below to all of the curves of the valley and even the winding roads below. The deck is large enough to seat your whole group (chairs will be arriving this weekend) as well as set up a game of cornhole/bean bags (yes, we measured! Lol). No need to go inside when the sun sets. There’s just enough low voltage lighting to create a relaxing ambiance as well as a fireplace to boot. (Small fires only please). Added bonus- on Friday and Saturday nights at 9pm you can catch what’s equivalent to front row seating for Dollywood’s fireworks without having to leave the cabin! Enjoy!

Hey ya'll! Thanks for "liking" our page for Dancin' Bear Cabin! We just finished renovations and can't wait to share all the pictures with you! We'll also have rental information within the next week as it will be available for your next group trip to the Smoky Mountains starting February 1!! In the meantime, don't forget to check out Always An Adventure, Gatlinburg, TN as there's still plenty of availability there as well for 2021!
