One small l but unforgettable highlight of my time in Dubai was the Lemon Mint juice!

Fresh, vibrant, and without any extra preservatives or extra sugars, this juice was a refreshing way to start the day.

A Hurricane Watch is now in effect for Jamaica. Based on the latest forecast, the island is expected to be impacted by Hurricane Beryl on Wednesday.

MBJ Airports Limited, operators of Sangster International Airport, continues to closely monitor the projected path of Hurricane Beryl and its effect on airport and airline operations. Our priority is the well-being of our passengers.

The Sangster International Airport remains open for normal operations. As the airport is advised of any changes to flight operations, including any extra sections or cancellations, these will be published.

Passengers are urged to contact their airline for the latest flight information and to make changes to their reservations prior to making their way to the airport.

Airline information can be found on MBJ website at International Airlines - Montego Bay Jamaica Airport (mbjairport.com).

All updates regarding the effects of Hurricane Beryl on operations at the Sangster international Airport will be posted on the following platforms.

Booking Flights Things to consider when booking your flight to Vegas: 1. Best days to book are: • Sunday mornings before 11a • Tues 2p - Wed 2a • Friday morning before 10a 2. When booking: • book directly with the airline. • Case in point: you use a discount website, find an amazing price—take note of the airline, flight number, and time. Go directly to the airline to book the flight. Why? In the event any changes need to be made, the airline will not touch your ticket if purchased from a 3rd party vendor. • Be sure to list your frequent flyer numbers, passport # and phone #. • Once you purchase the ticket, be sure to download the airlines mobile app. This way you get alerts about changes/cancellations 1st.
