😡😡Sorry, but I need to vent!!!!!😡😡
I am really pi**ed off beyond comprehension.

I experienced the WORST customer service yesterday at a shop in Ashington .
I don't want to mention the name of the shop because I am not sure how I am going to proceed.

Yesterday I bought something from this shop.
I paid cash for it.
I took it home and found out it didn't work.
So today, less than 24 hrs later I took it back and asked for if I could get a refund.
The sale assistant told me NO even though I still had the receipt.
I asked if I could get a replacement instead then. Again she told me NO. I asked to talk to the manager as I am really not happy and I explained that I had just bought the item, had got it home and it didn't work.

The manager just smiled and told me to my face that I was OUT OF LUCK.😡😡😡

NO refund.

NO replacement..

I'll tell you that...I am NEVER

buying another Lotto ticket from there again...

A mate has 2 tickets for the England v Netherlands game tonight.

He paid £360 each, including flights but he didn't realise when he bought them months ago that it was going to be the same day as his wedding 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

If you're interested, he is looking for someone to take his place.

It's at morpeth Registry Office, at 8pm. The bride's name is Sarah, she's 5'7" & quite attractive.

Unfortunately we do not get allocated as many SINGLE rooms as we would like, please book early so not disappointed.

1x single room available turkey and Tinsel November to Bournemouth.
1 x single room for turkey and Tinsel December ( no twin/double) , Scotland
2x single rooms Twixmas, Scotland.
January to March also almost booked for single room!
Twin and double rooms also limited on these tours.
