C The World...Travel!

Story begins with my mom, Eloise. She grew up in Wisconsin, lived in Cuba, settled in Illinois, and organized family trips by car, motorhome, plane, and cruise ship, to destinations across the United States and beyond. On top of this, Eloise was an avid reader...books took her to destinations all over the globe. I fondly remember her packing lists, our glamping breakfast suitcase, her clever travel hacks and tips, and the highlighted road warrior maps that led our journeys. She put family first and made sure our trip was much more than just about the destination. It was all about our experiences and quality family and friends time together that mattered most. She instilled a wanderlust passion in me that I treasure to this day.

My professional journey started with a career in education in the San Francisco Bay Area as an elementary school teacher. After 10 years, I returned to Illinois, continued teaching, married and started a family. As we raised our family, I wanted our daughters (pictured above in Santorini, Greece) to experience the joys of traveling as I had as a child. Now young adults, they have visited and studied abroad in many countries around the globe. I believe their travels have increased their appreciation for other cultures, diversity, art, food, and historical value. They understand the meaning of being a global citizen and traveling with a light carbon footprint. Our travels have enriched our family dynamics and have created priceless, blessed, memories that we will share forever!

My journey continues as I create destinations by design for my clients. As a Travel Consultant, it’s important to me to first understand the traveling style of each of my clients in order to research and build an itinerary that exceeds their needs and requests.
