Attention Heeler fans: BLUEY IS COMING TO DISNEY WORLD, DISNEYLAND, AND DISNEY CRUISE LINE!!! Disney has officially announced that Bluey will be making its way to theme parks and cruise ships sailing out of Australia and New Zealand. Details are few right now, but more should be announced in the coming months.
I don’t know about you, but my family is super excited about this announcement! I imagine meet and greets are part of what is coming, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it is even more!

Ate lunch at the Minion Cafe. The food was good; I would eat there again. However, it was very slow. I went when it first opened, and I still waited over 30 minutes for my food. Also, they were out of mini bananas, and one was supposed to be included with my meal. I was devastated (and also shocked there wasn’t a substitute). You also get a “ketchup blaster” with your meal. 😂 Beware-the cupcakes are like 50% frosting.

I visited the Epic Universe preview center. Truth be told, I was only a little excited about Epic Universe, but now I am SOLD! The unbelievably immersive Super Nintendo world brought over from Japan (and made better)?! More Harry Potter?! Dark Universe, where I will be able to be made up like a classic monster?! And a dragon world (that I will have to watch the trilogy of so I can fully enjoy)?! Sign me up! Initial packages are already available, so let me know if I can help you plan an epic vacation!

First dinner on my Universal Resort familiarity trip was a HUGE win! Turns out today is National Chocolate Day, and I already had a reservation for Toothsome Chocolate Emporium!! I started off with their chocolate almond bread with whipped caramel butter, and I was already sold. 🤤 Then I got the cheddar bacon burger, and the burger was so juicy. Topped it off with a brownie milkshake (because they’re most known for the milkshakes), which was super rich and delicious. I ate less than half of my food (leftovers are shown in the carousel), and I still left stuffed! I also had the pleasure of meeting Professor Doctor Penelope Toothsome and Jacques, who sometimes roam the restaurant to greet guests at their table. It was such a great meal-I highly recommend Toothsome! You do need reservations, or you may have quite a long wait on your hands. But when you use me as your travel advisor, I’m happy to take care of that for you!

Filmed the walk from my hotel to Disneyland this afternoon. I started at the hotel lobby, and the original video was only 2 minutes and 51 seconds to get to Disneyland Resort!! Good Neighbor hotels are a great budget-friendly choice at Disneyland. Some are even closer than most of the Disney property hotels! If the on property resorts aren’t in your budget, let’s look at other options that can still give you the easy proximity to the parks!
