I'm looking forward to this weekend.

I'll be bringing lots of our homemade products, plants and seeds... All homegrown, organic or foraged wild in the hedgerows.

All sugar used is organic.

Elderberry Winter Tonic, packed with Vitamin C and our own Shankill honey. A fantastic anti viral boost for cold and flu season.
Ingredients: Elderberries, fresh ginger, cinnamon, cloves, raw honey. Take a tsp daily or use as a pancake syrup, mixed into yogurt or a drink mixer.

Elderberry Vinegar... Made with organic apple cider vinegar, organic sugar and wild elderberries. Beautiful in salad dressing, as a daily tonic diluted with hot water or to add to meat roasts and marinades.

Strawberry Jam with a hint of vanilla

Tutti Frutti hedgerow jam, Blackberry, grape, rhubarb and apple.

Lemon and Ginger Marmalade

Spiced Damson, blackberry and rhubarb jam.

Mediterranean Chutney with rosemary and thyme
