I trust this message reaches you in good health and high spirits. We have some important updates to share regarding the upcoming academic year and recent developments in our district.

Academic Calendar Approval for 2024-25:
I am pleased to announce that the Ascension Parish School Board officially approved the academic calendar for the 2024-25 school year. The approved calendar is available on our website, and we encourage you to review it for key dates and holidays.

Redistricting Update:
As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we want to provide an update on the redistricting process. High school parents have received direct communication from their respective schools. Next week, primary and middle school families who are impacted by the new school attendance zones will receive direct communication from their receiving schools. Regardless of the school your child attends next year, rest assured that they will receive unwavering support and thrive, as our commitment remains steadfast in delivering the highest quality education for all 24,000 students in our care.
