The open plan living area of this holiday home makes it a bright and airy space with free standing sofa's, one of which converts to a double bed. The dining area has a table and chairs while the kitchen is fully equiped complete with dishwasher, microwave, full size cooker as well as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living area leads out to an enclosed decking complete with furniture great for eating alfresco when the weather allows. There are 2 bedrooms: the master has a king size bed and walk in dressing area while the other has twin beds). Bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle plus the usual wash hand basin and toilet. Full gas central heating (combi boiler) and double glazing. Grass and patio area to the side as well as parking for 1 vehicle. Sleeps 6

Lovely holiday home with upto date facilities like coffee maker,bread maker,and a superb oven which is unusual on a caravan holiday.
All towels supplied along with bedding and washing-up cloth's and tea towels which we thought was a fantastic touch.
TASTEFULLY furnished with a balcony at the front of caravan through patio doors where it was really nice to chill with a glass of wine.
slabbed area and parking space outside was perfect and a short walk to chalaborough beach and waterfront beach bar.
Short walk to bigbury beach and burgh island at low tide and in the opposite direction a stunning cliff walk to beautiful armer cove.
Cannot fault any thing wonderful place and a beautiful holiday home would definitely like to return.

We recently had a week at Brook 4 Challaborough Bay Holiday Park and would highly recommend a stay there the caravan is in brand new condition and spotlessly clean. The owner supplied a welcoming pack with coffee tea and milk which was a nice touch. Instructions for carparking and and use of the facilities was well described and I could not fault our stay.

Challaborough is a small hamlet on the coast road in a quiet corner of Devon. Challaborough Bay Holiday Park is set right on the edge of a beautiful Blue Flag beach surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty. Whilst on the park there is a heated indoor swimming pool, amusement arcade, Waterfront Bar & Restaurant, Christie's Bar and Clubhouse and a take-away fish and chip shop and a small Nisa supermarket for essentials. Most of the supermarkets deliver to site too so remember to book your delivery slot to coincide with your arrival date. I love to walk down to the coast road every day and take photos of the sea state so here are a few of my favourites including some of the site facilities.

Bookings now being taken for this special edition 6 berth Willerby Malton Holiday Home situated a few minutes’ walk from Challaborough Beach in South Devon (Parkdean site).
The Holiday Home (HH) has a large living area with 2 free standing sofa’s, one of which converts to a double bed, flat screen TV with Freeview and patio doors leading to a small enclosed decking to the front. There is a separate dining area with table and 4 chairs (additional seating is in the bedrooms) beside a well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, microwave, full size 4 ring cooker and grill with extractor hood.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk in dressing area with window overlooking the countryside to the side of the park. The twin bedroom has a small wardrobe and vanity shelf with a window to the side. The bathroom has a good sized walk in shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
There is double glazing and central heating throughout with hot water being supplied by a combi-boiler. Each room has a USB charging point.
There is parking for 1 vehicle (no commercial vehicles) at the side with a small grass area and patio (registration with Parking Eye required). Access to the HH is by a small flight of steps to the side, with decking and gate.
NO PETS ALLOWED
NO SMOKING WITHIN THE HOLIDAY HOME
Bedding available at extra cost, and full inventory available on request

T&Cs (see booking form for all) : Bookings are available for 3 or 4 nights throughout the season with the exception of 30th March – 13th April, 25th May – 3rd June and the 21st July to the 1st September when bookings of 7 days or multiples there off apply. All bookings will normally start at 4pm on Friday or Saturday.
A non-returnable deposit is payable on booking and a refundable security bond is payable when the final balance becomes due.
