As your vacation rental concierge one of the most valuable services we offer our hosts is our post clean inspection. Our job is to ensure your guests walk into the best. Your guests have traveled from far and wide on long flights, long drives, with children, little sleep, they are probably hungry and the list goes on. We make sure that any issues are immediately identified and/or solved prior to your guest arrival. Everything from cleaning up after cleaners (yes, this is a real thing, see pictures below), making your beds and furniture look a little more inviting, welcome basket with local small business goodies, checking to make sure your WiFi and cable is in proper working order, no leaks under sinks, plenty of linens organized for your guests, amenities are fully stocked and so much more. Host benefit: Adding an offsite laundry service adds the benefit of timely turnover and cleaners that can focus on those important areas for guests. It also helps eliminate any chance of cleaners taking short cuts (it unfortunately does happen) when it comes to one of the most important elements of your vacation rental, linens.
