Downstairs bathroom - Shower, sink and toilet
Kitchen - large fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and all main kitchen utensils inc, saucepans, frying pans etc. Master bedroom - king size bed, dressing table, safe, large wardrobe, additional blankets, additional pillows, hair dryer, en-suite bathroom with shower, private balcony with two sun loungers
2nd bedroom - 2 single beds, wardrobe space, large mirror, private balcony overlooking the pool
3rd bedroom - 2 single beds, 2 wardrobes, large mirror, Juliet balcony
Shared bathroom - shower, sink, toilet

Outside ground floor - patio area with large dining table (seats 6) and 2 sun loungers

Local area
Ovacik has taxi ranks and 'yellow buttons' everywhere you go including directly outside the Mountain View complex. All you do is press the button once and a taxi will be with you within two minutes

45 - 50 minute taxi journey from Dalaman airport (we can arrange transfer for you upon request)
5 minute walk to local shops/restaurants along the main road (some shops will deliver your shopping back to the villa for you)
10 minute taxi journey to 3 beaches and bars and restaurants overlooking the sea in Olu Deniz (Olu Deniz, Billy's and Blue Lagoon)
5 minute taxi journey into the bustling town of Hisaronu - lots of shops, restaurants and bars
Market every Monday in Hisaronu
20 minute taxi ride to the Ece Yacht Marina and bustling town of Fethiya

👶🏼 Did you know we are a baby/child friendly villa? 👶🏼

Last year we welcomed 2 gorgeous baby girls into our family so we know how much there is to consider when taking little ones away 😥

To help ease the stress:

👶🏼 The villa’s grounds are surrounded by iron fences with lockable gates to prevent little ones running off to the pool

👶🏼 There is a baby pool adjacent to the large swimming pool (we would advise constant adult supervision)

👶🏼 Stair gates, travel cots, high chairs (and more) can be arranged to be at the Villa for your stay

👶🏼 We have a microwave available for sterilising bottles (bottle dependent)

👶🏼 We have a 9kg drum washing machine - we know how dirty little people get! Or you can choose to do all your washing to save you from the endless laundry whilst suffering the holiday blues 👌🏽

Oh! And we are yet to meet anyone from the local area that doesn’t love children!

Would highly recommend trying the Babadag cable cars on the way down to Oludeniz! Only 125TL per ticket the views are genuinely beautiful.

At 1200 feet, the restaurant is a very welcome stop. Decor and menu is so well done - you could be in a posh London bar watching the pilots travel up another 500 feet to run off mountains 🙈

Taxis are easy enough to flag down on the way home from the main road.

Loved it!

Beautiful but pebbly! A short taxi ride just past Oludeniz beach with beach front restaurants and even a “Starbucks” if that’s your thing!

It’s 25-30 degrees most days and as beautiful as ever 😍

Billy’s beach is a favourite - 75 TL entry fee which includes sun beds all day. Amazing food, cocktails and the amazing views of the bay.
