Adults-only, free wifi, no gratuities, upscale dining, and - let me emphasize again - no one under 18. Virgin Voyages, the cruise line I would bet you know little about - blew my expectations out of the water!

I woke up in Chicago to a -30 degree wind chill, so this is a great time to start thinking about my next vacation. 🕶️

I usually plan honeymoons for other couples, but it was exciting to plan my own! Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect getaway as my husband and I start this new chapter in our lives ☀️

It was always on my bucket list to stay in an overwater bungalow, and needless to say it was an incredible experience! 🌊🐠

📢 Holiday travelers!

Fares are about to jump after October 20th to what is expected to be the most expensive travel season ever seen.

Domestic airfare is already 25-55% over last year’s prices. It’s because airlines have not built back their network since the pandemic, so there are fewer flights available to book.

💰 Let’s save some money:

1. Use miles or points

2. Be flexible on travel dates. For instance, travel the Monday before Thanksgiving rather than the Wednesday

3. Once you book a flight, set a price tracker on Google flights so that if the price goes down after you book, you can cancel your original ticket, get a refund, and then rebook the same fight with that travel credit.

🛳️ Also, cruises are offering HUGE deals! Carnival and MSC, for instance, are offering fares as low as $50 a person.

It’s been nearly four months since opening Greer Getaways and the support has been incredible!

In the past month, I’ve been busy working on two honeymoon escapes to Greece ☀️, a conjoined bachelor/bachelorette party to a Secrets resort 🏝, my family’s trip to London and Paris (hi, Jennifer Piurek and Ryan!) 💂🏼‍♀️, and multiple weekend getaways!
