Beautiful seaview villa for family holiday rentals located in Santa Ponsa in one of the most exclusive residential areas just 5 minutes from the beach (car) plus there a rocky sea access just 3 min walk. The sea is exceptionally clean as the area is a protected natural reserve, also excellent for diving. There are 3 golf courses in immediate vincity, the exclusive Port Adriano for shopping, dining and drinks, Aquapark and in 5 min by car you're in the city centre. Playground around the corner.

There is a beautiful viewing spot at the end of the street (50m) with the best sunset on the island.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned with a large sea view terrace to the front and a spacious garden with a large swimming pool (18m3) in the back. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), spacoius play room fully equipped with toys for both girls and boys (lego, play doh, barbie etc), open plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In one of the bedrooms there is a pull out sofa to accommodate even bigger families and the high speed wifi helps to entertain the older ones.

The villa is extremely family friendly and kid-proofed with a lot of inside and outside equipment for a real fun family holiday where you can truly relax.

We are accepting bookings for the months of August and September.

Price: 30.000 CZK or 1200 Eur per week
