Hi there! I am finishing up my travel agent training with my host agency, Magical Moments Vacations, so I wanted to go ahead and share another post. Moving forward I will be focusing time and energy towards ensuring I can help others create a vacation they've been dreaming of for some time and helping plan and bring it to life. If you're just now finding my page or don't know me, I would love to share a little bit about how I got here! I've always been someone who loves to travel and take on new experiences. As I got into college, I couldn't decide what I wanted to do. Changing my major nearly every semester, I decided to accept a job and leave school while I figured out what I could potentially do with my life. I worked as a recruiter for Camp Ozark for a few years before realizing that working with hotels and being on the move was something I really enjoyed. Being on the road and in different hotel brands for 16 weeks of the year, I genuinely found interest in the travel industry. I left Camp Ozark and returned to school where I finished with a focus in hospitality in tourism management. After graduating, I started working in retail (where I still am), but I started seeking how to get more involved into the world of travel. After the world began opening back up from the covid closures, I decided to move to Florida to try and get into a hotel near Orlando. While staying part time at my retail job, I landed a job at a hotel in Melbourne, FL. That lasted about 5 months before I took a promotion in retail and started reconsidering what a career in the travel industry could look like for me. After a year in Florida, I decided to move back to SC where I continued with lululemon and started considering the path of becoming a travel agent. I've always loved planning my own vacations to Orlando (Universal & Disney) as well as trips for friends and family, so why not make a career out of it... so here we are! We're bringing that to life, and I am hoping to be able to bring your vacation dreams to life by working with you to plan that getaway you've been holding on to for the past few years. The travel industry is thriving, and I would love to help you create those new experiences as you dive back into it!
