❌ Strictly no pets, No smoking, No group bookings of the same s*x, Main Booker must be age 25+❌

We kindly ask for a deposit of £75 to secure booking which is non refundable if booking is cancelled. However, after stay aslong as no damage you will receive full deposit back. Please provide your own bed linen.
