You will be working within a small and rapidly growing company, where you can provide support in various aspects of the business. From organizing the line room to managing social media, from running errands to checking in and out guests—every day is different, which makes the work incredibly diverse. We are also very open to new ideas to contribute to building the company.

Job requirements:
We expect you to be a committed intern with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. As this company operates almost 24/7, flexibility in working hours is essential. Sometimes we have check-ins as late as 9:00 PM, while other times you may leave earlier in the afternoon to enjoy the beach. We also appreciate your input, initiative, and willingness to get your hands dirty. Don't expect to be sitting behind a computer from 9 to 5.

Who are we?
My Hospitality is a young and dynamic property management and holiday rental company. We have been operating for about 1.5 years but have experienced rapid growth in a short span of time. We manage and rent out properties (apartments/villas/mini-resorts) for owners or investors who mainly reside abroad. Service is our top priority and the driving force behind our operations. Currently, we have 3 permanent staff members and a group of freelancers, ranging from cleaning to handyman tasks. You will be joining an informal and friendly team where you can learn a lot about all aspects of hospitality.

Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Je zult werken binnen een kleinschalig snelgroeiend bedrijf waarbij je ondersteuning kunt bieden binnen alle facetten van het bedrijf. Van het organiseren van het linnengoed, tot het beheren van sociale media. Van het doen van boodschappen tot het in- en uitchecken van de gasten. Geen een dag is hetzelfde en dat maakt het werk enorm afwisselend. Er is ruimte voor nieuwe ideeën om mee te bouwen aan de naam van het bedrijf.

Functie eisen
Er wordt van je verwacht dat een betrokken stagiair bent die communicatief sterk is en van aanpakken weet. Omdat dit bedrijf bijna 24/7 draait is het belangrijk dat je flexibel bent qua werktijden. Soms hebben we om 21.00 ‘s avonds nog een check-in en de andere keer kan je ’s middags eerder weg om lekker naar het strand te gaan. Verder vinden we het leuk als je meedenkt, eigen initiatief toont en niet vies bent om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Verwacht niet dat je van 9-5 achter de computer komt te zitten.

Wie zijn wij?
My Hospitality is een jong en dynamisch propertymanagement en holiday rental bedrijf. We bestaan nu ongeveer 1,5 jaar maar zijn in hele korte tijd heel snel gegroeid. Wij beheren en verhuren woningen (appartementen / villa’s / mini resorts) van eigenaren of investeerders die voornamelijk in het buitenland wonen. Service staat bij ons heel hoog in het vaandel en dat is dan ook onze grootste drijfveer. Op het moment hebben we 3 vaste krachten en een groep freelancers van schoonmaak tot klusjes team dus je komt terecht in een informeel en gezellig team waar je veel kunt leren over alles wat bij hospitality komt kijken.

This newest pearl in our portfolio is located in the popular Vista Royal area. Not only have we been doing property management, but these owners trusted us for their renovation as well.

The whole house has been painted, a new staircase in front of the house was constructed and we rebuild the separate studio next to the villa itself.

A real challenge but with success!
This villa can hold up to 10 people and is equipped with everything you need. If you want, it even comes with a rental car, even though it is only a stroll away from Jan Thiel Beach.
A perfect and nice getaway for a relaxed holiday!

“IN THE SPOTLIGHT”. Casa di Mama in the popular Jan Thiel area was the first property to manage, by that time, next to my full-time job. We have conquered several challenges together such as COVID19 and a pool-renovation but we are still going strong. The owners of CDM were the ones to encourage me to go solo, so here we are today. This beautiful villa is directly bookable through the owners but you can always contact us for more information. It boasts space for 10 people in total and is divided into the penthouse (4 people) and two apartments ( one 2-person + one 4-person) which can also be booked separately! It offers a very large pool and lots of privacy, a beautiful villa to enjoy a well deserved holiday!
