We’re here in The Cotswolds this weekend, “Christmasifying” the cottage for our December guests 🎄

No trip here is ever complete without stopping at our fave .canteen.nailsworth for Brekkie.

🔝 tip: their are amazing. Especially as the excesses of the season kick in and we’re seeking a bit of wholesome goodness the morning after the night before 🥴🤫

Just up the hill to charming little Horsley, you’ll find our Local

It’s a village pub with a traditional pub vibe. Family run and a hub at the heart of the community.

Exciting pop-up food, quizzes and live music nights feature regularly here. It’s only a short walk from the cottage - and all downhill on the way home!

If you’re visiting us at any time of year, do make time to pop in for a pint or glass of something 🍷

𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙲𝚘𝚝𝚝𝚊𝚐𝚎

Leaways was built at some time during the late 16th century and is actually two rural cottages fused together to provide the cosy country cottage that is today’s Leaways 🏡

The cottages were originally occupied by local agricultural workers and, judging by the height of some of the original doorways, it seems folk were a little more “petite” back then!

The cottage today is arranged across three floors. The ground floor is home to the AGA-fitted kitchen, utility room, snug and the downstairs toilet and shower.

The middle floor features the living room, which has a lovely wood burner - perfect for cosy Autumn and Winter nights in. A six-seater dining room and conservatory which overlooks the upper garden are also on this floor.

The top floor sees two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
