I was already VERY excited about Universal's Epic Universe, opening May 22. But then they released some of the menu items throughout the park. And now I'm wondering if I'll have time to experience the attractions if I'm too busy EATING ALL THE FOOD. This is going to require multiple visits. Which dish are you most excited about?

Is there anything cooler than being whisked away on your 11th birthday to Diagon Alley and Hogwarts?? This sweet military family split the week between Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World to celebrate!

Ollivanders was a must do for our young witch! And not to be left out, aspiring paleontologist little brother got a secret tour of the dino lab! Following their stay at Loews Portofino Bay, they met a few princesses and bounty hunters!

I'm so grateful for their service and it was a pleasure working with them to plan this adventure!

Today Disney announced the dates and performers for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival Eat to the Beat concert series!It's jam packed with fantastic artists across genres but the final artist in the series is none other than @98degrees which brings me back to the 2022 Eat to the Beat series when we saw them perform at the very same festival. I'm just going to leave this raw footage of the concert here for your viewing pleasure. I'm guessing I'm not the only GenX mom who has loved @nicklachey since the early days of reality tv.
