So I’m on the #Belgium portion of my #Cicerone studies, so I vowed to drink nothing but Belgians at home. Why did I choose this one:
1. I’ve never had it
2. St.Bernardus brewed for Westvleteren from 1946-92 then started brewing theirs, and I’ve always thought they were a “lower” quality brand.
3. The hops used are from Watou, 1 of 2 hop-growing regions in Belgium.
