2024 ✅
Sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan but I’m slowly learning that it’s probably for the best & to look for the unexpected ✨🫶🏼
Originally I planned on moving to Spain in January and have a year of stability where I could unpack my suitcase and “stay still” for a hot sec and well, 2024 was everything but.
Having to switch plans last minute allowed me to:
✨ see my college friends and make it to baby shower
✨ surprise my bestie for her baby shower when I made everyone believe I was in spain (thanks for the assist and all of instagram)
✨ be spontaneous and buy train and broadway tickets within 12hrs notice with my mom and “run into”
✨ live/ work at my first coliving .coliving and find out my bestie was pregnant (I was on the metro and ppl were staring as I cried lol)
✨ go back to albania for a whole month and reconnect with
✨ meet amazing people in turkey 🇹🇷 and join on her first international trip!!
✨ be home just in time for my besties engagement and help pull it off!!
✨ spend a month in Italy and Portugal for my grandma’s 77th bday!!
✨ reconnect with in barcelona
✨ meet up with my dad and his side of the family in Italy as he coincidentally was there a week after us!
✨ joined and amazing travel team and got to lead my first group trip to cuba!!
✨ meet precious lil’ baby
✨ spend 2 weeks traveling Germany with my sister and meet some amazing people along the way!
✨ get to spend Christmas with my favorite twins .wayne .wayne
But 2024 wasn’t all roses, ending the year missing Mia & Pablo, two of our lil’ doggos who are now in doggy heaven🤍
365 days later & I ended the year doing something I thought I would be doing the very first week, submitting my visa application for Spain.
Here’s to hoping it all works out and 2025 brings a bit more stability, & unpacked suitcase and lots more adventure!! And don’t worry I’m obvi gonna be traveling 😜
