What types of travel planning services do we offer? It’s no surprise that we are often asked this via email, DM’s, etc, so we are sharing a breakdown!
High-Touch Travel Planning and Custom Itineraries: This is our most popular and comprehensive service, perfect for independent travelers who want to experience a destination authentically. We have three packages for this service, ranging from a high-touch approach that includes dining and spa reservations to a more basic plan fit for travelers who only want assistance with the basics (a no-fluff approach, so to speak).
Hotel and Cruise Bookings: With our host agency, Fora, we can offer excellent benefits when booking hotel stays at properties like the Four Seasons, Belmond, Rosewood, and more. For clients who lean toward smaller Boutique-style hotels, we can offer similar benefits through affiliations with Relais Chateaux, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and more. These VIP amenities may include early check-in/late check-out, a room or suite upgrade, breakfast, welcome amenities, and more! The same goes for cruising; you can expect the same excellent partnerships and similar perks with Ama Waterways, Viking, and others!
Also offered are a listing of a la carte and add-on services like air bookings, travel consultations for those who love to plan their own travel but need some assistance getting started, and dining guides.
