I had to venture out today to get some essentials.. and was shocked at what I saw and how I felt. 😟

I know it’s all over social media and everyone is posting photos of empty shelves.. but honestly, seeing it in person made it so much more real and devastating for me.

By self-isolating at home, I felt normal.. a little bored, but normal.

Going out and seeing the reality of the situation was just so shocking to me. It felt like I was in one of those end-of-the-world movies.

I don’t know if anyone else feels the same or if you guys have ventured out at all yet? Is anyone else dealing with a huge mix of emotions as well? I barely left the store before I started crying uncontrollably.

Side note: I hope I didn’t upset anyone by posting about leaving my house - I’m almost out of soy coffee creamer and coffee is very important to me. Sadly though, my favourite creamer was all sold out.
