With the continued spread of the new strain of Coronavirus we urge our followers to stay safe.

How: Continue to use proper hand washing techniques - water and soap using good agitation for at least 20 seconds - sing the ABC song or any favorite song twice as a measurement

Carry hand sanitizer for times when water and soap are not accessible

Avoid touching eyes, nose, face and mouth when possible and especially if hands are I cleaned

Drink lots of water daily

Eat healthy and exercise for a minimum of 30 mins a day (these these naturally help repair our bodies and keep our immunity up)

Vitamin C

Use Lysol, Clorox and cleansing wipes to prevent germs on surfaces or when out for sanitizing seats, door handles, shopping carts

Home or Aboard practice good safety standards to reduce your risks!
