Important REMINDERS: PLEASE READ!

1. We can ONLY assist in GETTING AN APPOINTMENT DATE which is the first step in getting a passport no more, no less.

2. Applicable po ito sa mga sumusunod na applicants:

👉 - Masyadong busy sa trabaho at walang time para mag online at maghanap ng Apppointment date sa DFA
👉 - Sa mga nahihirapan makakuha ng appointment date
👉 - Sa mga di nakakaalam nang proseso sa pagkuha ng Passport.

3. You still need PERSONALLY GO to DFA Office in order to personally submit your Requirements, Picture Taking and Signature.

4. We are collecting Assistance fee, para po sa pagud at puyat namin na mahanapan kayo ng slot. Pambayad narin namin sa Internet na ginagamit namin para mahanapan kayo ng Online Appointment.

5. FREE ang online appointment slot. Pero kung nahirapan kayo mag hanap at maghintay, you can avail our services na may katumbas na halaga.

Day 01: Arrival/Free Own Leisure
Arrive in Caticlan Airport. Meet our transfer representative
holding a signboard with your name and proceed for transfer
to the hotel (Consist of sea and land transfer)
Overnight stay at the hotel (No Meal)

Day 02: Island Hopping Tour
Breakfast at hotel
9:00am: Pick-up by tour operator for island hopping tour
Highlight includes Coral Garden, Crystal Cove, Tambisan Beach, Crocodile Island, Puka Shell Beach and Balinghai
Buffet lunch will be served at one of the islands (Note: Transfer back at the hotel is at guest/s account)

Single - NSO birthcert plus valid id
At least 1 primary id (umid id, tin, voters, drivers license) if wala valid id
Supplementary at least 3 (old school id,form137, transcript of records, old conpany id, nbi travel abroad, voter certificate galing main branch comelec intramuros)
Married - nso marriage cert plus valid id

Renewal - old passport, date issue, place issue, passport number ,NsO plus valid id

Lost passport- police report, affidavit of loss 30working days clearing(kasama na sa service) 5,500
Vip lane - 8k urgent apearnce yung need na agad apearance after payment from other day pwde mag apearance no need apointment no need pila diretso sa taas process

Kapag minor - need ng dswd cert plus apearance parents at marriage cert nso parents at least pasport holder din yung isa sa parents nya
