Cant say enough about Jim and Tina, and their 7 C‘s Cottage; It was like we had known them for years. Story time and the Back Yard Concert with these beautiful people is a MUST!! The house was clean, very cozy, and inviting. Close to all the H***y Tonk fun but far away enough away for quiet times. If we ever make it back to Nashville this is where we will stay. Thank you guys for sharing your home!!

One of our sons lives in Nashville so we came down from Illinois to have a “home away from home” Thanksgiving with him, and that’s just what we had! We cooked the entire meal in 7C’s well stocked kitchen and it came out wonderfully. The cottage was clean and cozy and Jim and Tina’s hospitality was fantastic - even texting us when a power outage occurred while we were out the evening we arrived and leaving us a flashlight. Thankfully the power came back on not long after we got back, but we were very grateful for their thoughtfulness. You also can’t beat the cottage’s location. Needless to say, we’ll be back!

We are pleased to share more of our recent reviews;

This property was perfect for two couples or a family. The house was super clean, comfy and included everything we needed. The owners were friendly, available when we needed them but also gave us our privacy. It was a great value. I would definitely stay again.

We highly recommend this listing. The owners have a lot to offer within the home & are on the property if you need anything. If we happen to return we will stay here again.

Seven C's Cottage is delightful! The location is perfect, minutes from downtown without taking an interstate. The cottage is very clean and the décor is cute and comfortable without being fussy. The owners, Tina and Jim, live on the property and are gracious, available hosts. Make some time for Jim's "porch concert", you will be glad you did. Overall, Seven C's Cottage is one of the best VRBO properties I have used, and would definitely stay there again. If you must have two bathrooms, this location will not work as there is only one. If you can get by with one bathroom, you will totally enjoy your stay here.

Wow! Things are getting very busy, again, around Nashville. May is booked, as well as most of June and July. August we have reserved for ourselves ... to catch our breath. September through the end of the year we have lots of dates available.

Twenty 5 Star Reviews in a row! Here is the latest; ***** We had a great time. The house is close to downtown Nashville but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The homeowners stay on site separated from the rentable living area. The Callahan’s were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Jim is also a singer/songwriter and performs and tells stories if time allows. This was so unique to any other VRBO properties I have stayed at. It was a great addition to the Nashville experience.

This was our first trip to Nashville and we were very pleased by the location and the comfortable place to stay. Everything from the decor to the items in the kitchen was well thought out. We would definitely choose this rental again.

7 C’s Cottage Review: From Karen H. - Me and my 2 sisters had a long weekend trip to Nashville. One of the best trips we've taken together. Our stay could not have been better. The house was perfect for us, very well stocked, in a great convenient to everything location, clean & beautiful. We plan on coming back and will certainly use this rental again. Thanks so much!!!
