Can you believe Chef Mickey's has been open for 29 years today! This classic character dining is a true buffet experience, so you can spend as much or as little time here as you want. Take your time and hit that buffet multiple times and visit with the characters repeatedly, or grab a couple plates and wave to the characters as they pass by, it’s up to you! You will normally find Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto all in one location.

📣📣Disney Cruise Line just announced a new promotion for Disney+ subscribers! Kids sale for half price! I have not seen a deal this big in a long time, and it is just in time to add it under the tree for Christmas morning. Sailing dates even include spring and early summer. Here’s the details:
Disney+ Subscribers can take advantage of a new offer with Disney Cruise Line! For sailings Jan. 3 through June 30, 2025, third and fourth Guests 17 and younger can sail for half price with 2 full-fare Guests in the same stateroom during select cruises on the Disney Wonder, Disney Dream and Disney Wish.

If you have even been on the fence or wanting to try a Disney cruise, now is the perfect time. Message me to plan your magical vacation at sea ASAP. I fully expect these to book up fast!

It may be a short run (January 17th-February 24th), but it is a mighty good time! Not the camping type? Trust me, this is NOT ROUGHING IT 🏕️. Have you taken a look at the new cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground yet? Scroll through these pics! 📸 You may decide you are a camper after all. There is room for 6, a full kitchen with all the gadgets you need, bunk beds, and two separate bathroom sinks. All this tucked away in the cozy Wilderness woods just a boat ride away from Magic Kingdom.

These cabins were quickly added to my Disney Resort bucket list. This a great option for larger families as well as families who love the camping aspect without the tent sleeping.

Tonight is the first 2024 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. If you are heading to Walt Disney World during the holidays…and you're wondering if you should drop the extra cash on Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party? 🎄 Honestly, who isn’t! It's a big splurge, and let’s be real—the trip already isn’t exactly easy on the wallet.

But here’s the thing: that cost offers shorter wait times for the best rides 🎢, exclusive shows and parades you won’t see during the day, free holiday treats and cocoa ☕🍪, and snow falling on Main Street, U.S.A. ❄️. Park hopper or base tickets? It’s one of the top questions I get. Deciding if the extra cost is worth it can be tough—no one wants to waste money, but time is just as valuable. Disney’s park hopper ticket upgrade gives you more value for both in a few ways:

Dining 🍽️: Finding that your favorite restaurants seem to be in just one or two parks? With a park hopper, you can easily dine at any park at any time.

Flexibility: Swamped by crowds? A park hopper lets you switch parks if one feels too packed. A leisurely afternoon or evening stroll around World Showcase could be just what you need after a busy Magic Kingdom morning.

Lightning Lanes: Want to hit top rides in different parks on the same day? With the Lightning Lane Single Pass, you can purchase two per day, and they don’t have to be in the same park.

Maximize time: If your time is limited, you can ride your must-dos and then bounce to the next park with ease.

Pro Tip: Even if you aren’t staying at a resort on the Skyliner route, you can STILL ride it! In fact, I urge you to make an excuse to ride it! Whether you are taking a park break to grab a bite to eat at a new-to-you resort, or even just riding for the views, it’s a ride you need to take at least once. My favorite way to ride is a trip over to Disney’s Riviera Resort for a quick service meal at Primo Piatto. The ride is relaxing, and the resort is breathtaking, so do some exploring! Where do you like to take the Skyliner? Our family is absolutely PRO Skyliner. We have to take a ride at least once every time we are at Walt Disney World.
