VaxCertPH has been updated with new features! All citizens who generated their certificates before February 7, 2022 are urged to request the new version of VaxCertPH in the portal, since the QR code of previously generated certificates will become outdated and unreadable. Regenerate your VaxCertPH if you already have it, or get your VaxCertPH 48 hours after your full vaccination.

Visit vaxcert.doh.gov.ph or drop by your LGU to generate your own VaxCertPH.

Effective February 2, 2022, narito ang latest updates on TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS specifically for those passengers bound to NEGROS OCCIDENTAL (BACOLOD) and AKLAN (CATICLAN/BORACAY).

Ang mga impormasyong ito ay ayon sa mga requirements na inilabas ng local government unit (LGU) ng nasabing destination.

Additional notes:
1. For Negros Occidental

- Effective February 1 to 15, 2022, electronic or printed copy of the Approved Travel Pass-Through Permit issued by the S-PASS Travel Management System approved by the LGU, will be the requirement for all inbound travelers bound to Negros Province.

- Rapid antigen test will be conducted free of charge UPON ARRIVAL. Passengers with Reactive Rapid Antigen Test result at the ports of entry shall have the option to either undergo facility-based quarantine or home quarantine.

The Province shall also honor the following:

- Non-Reactive rapid antigen test result prior to travel, which shall be valid for 48 hours from date of swab sample extraction, and conducted and issued by Department of Health accredited health clinic or laboratory.

- Negative RT-PCR test result prior to travel, which shall be valid for 72 hours from date of swab sample extraction, conducted and issued by Department of Health accredited molecular laboratory.

2. For Caticlan

Please be informed that FULLY VACCINATED passengers bound to Caticlan will no longer be required of the negative RT-PCR test result prior to boarding.

Note that RT-PCR Negative result certificate (saliva, nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal) with date of extraction within 72 hours to date of travel, will still be required for Unvaccinated or Partially vaccinated passengers.

JUST IN: Effective Feb 1, fully vaccinated passengers will be required to present negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hrs prior to departure from country of origin, and they will no longer be required to undergo facility quarantine.

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers would be required to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR test taken on the 5th day.

Effective Feb 10, fully vaccinated nationals of non-visa required countries shall be allowed to enter the Philippines, subject to several conditions. | via Leila Salaverria/Philippine Daily Inquirer

UPDATED: AirSWIFT Advisory #52 [As of Jan. 15, 2022, 3pm]
In compliance with Department Order 2022-001 issued by Department of Transportation dated January 13, 2022

Starting January 17, 2022, AirSWIFT flights will only accept fully vaccinated passengers with the following exceptions:

A. Passengers including minors with medical conditions that prevent full COVID-19 vaccination holding a duly signed medical certificate with name and contact details of the physician.
B. Passengers who will procure essential goods and services, such as but not limited to food, water, medicine, medical devices, public utilities, energy, work and medical and dental necessities holding a duly issued Barangay Health Pass or other appropriate proof to support and justify such travel.

Please note, passengers are considered fully vaccinated if confirmed travel is at least 14 days after their second dose in a two-dose vaccine or 14 days after single-dose vaccine. Local Government Issued Vaccination Card or VaxCert issued by DOH and one government issued valid identification card should be presented upon check in.

Children 11 years old and below are allowed to travel even if unvaccinated provided they are accompanied by fully vaccinated adults.

For affected booked passengers until January 31, 2022 who cannot travel due to the restrictions of the Department Order, kindly see your options below:
1. Free rebooking within one year of ticket validity. Penalties waived.
2. Secure your ticket in a travel fund redeemable for future travel, with 2 years validity.
