One of the most frequent questions we're asked is 'what's the food like on the retreat?' 🍇 🥑 🍗 🍝 🥗

All of the meals at the villa are served buffet style, so you can help yourself to what you like. Expect to see breakfast buffets with filled with pancakes, eggs, granola bowls and fruit platters. Our evening meals are a choice of delicious BBQS , moreish pastas, build your own Buddha bowls and bottomless salads.

We cater to all allergy requirements and offer meat, vegetarian, and vegan options.

Meet Louise 👋🏽 Leoa founder and avid solo adventurer. She has spent over 10 years roaming the world with her backpack and started Leoa Adventures to help more women discover the world of solo travel with courage and confidence 🦁🌎

She’s visited and lived in over 30 counties, including India, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines and Iceland, and has collected many lifelong friends along the way.
