5 minutes door to trail head to some of the best hiking & mountain biking the Chattahoochee Natl Forest has to offer.

8 minutes door to Toccoa River for tubing , kayaking and renowned trout fishing .

10 minutes door to Marina of the beautiful Lake Blue Ridge
