We had to switch our destination and she handled it without batting an eye

The resort and room was lovely and we where even greeted with banners and cake

Kirah Shadai listened to our wants, provided options and recommendations and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying ourselves. She took care of airport transportation, set up excursions and even checked in on us while traveling. 10 out of 10 highly recommend !!!
