As per RHU’s recommendations, the extreme enhanced community quarantine (“lockdown”) imposed over Barangay Central West is hereby lifted starting tomorrow at 12:00 noon.
The 14-day quarantine protocol has been completed and no untoward incident was observed within the area while the patient remains confined at Bethany Hospital where he is continuously being treated and tested as per DOH protocols.
However, strict implementation of ECQ guidelines remains in force and that all residents and barangay officials shall observe the following:
1. All residents shall accomplish a Health Checklist (HC) prior to the issuance of Quarantine Certificate (QC) by RHU.
2. The QC shall be required for application of any travel pass including Barangay Pass (BP).
3. Health Checklist shall be administered by the barangay/BHERT.
4. Issuance of Quarantine Certificate shall be done per purok/sitio as deemed efficient by the barangay and RHU.
5. The barangay shall arrange for the orderly administration of the Health Checklist, observing social distancing and avoiding crowding.
6. NO QUARANTINE CERTIFICATE, no travel pass/no barangay pass.
7. The Barangay Control Point (BCP) shall continue to strictly implement ECQ guidelines. All violations shall be dealt with accordingly.
- Enter and exit at the designated area only.
- No barangay pass/no travel pass, no exit at the BCP.
- Properly fill up required information in the Barangay Pass (BP).
- Strictly follow the schedule indicated in your BP.
- Wear face mask always.
- Observe social distancing.
- Avoid crowding and mass gatherings.
8. A Barangay Talipapa shall be established for basic and immediate needs.
9. Don’t trust unverified information. Make sure to visit and see updates and guidelines at our official page: “Municipality of Bauang”

Matag adlaw nagpakita ug maot nga hulagway ang pagsaka sa mga nigawas nga positibo sa maong virus hilabi na sa kaulohan. Pipila na ka mga Pilipino ang nahasi ug gani mikalas na ug mga kinabuhi.
Ang lungsod sa Talibon bulahan sa mga molupyo kung kooperasyon ug pagsabot ang hisgutan. Gani, ang pagpagawas ug Home Quarantine Pass dako ug tabang aron ma kontrolar ang pagdagsa sa mga tawo paingon sa mga publiko nga lugar.
Takos sa akong hunahuna ug kinasingkasing nakung pagsabot nga adunay mga dili taga Talibon ang mosulod sa lungsod aron pagkompra sa ilang mga tagsa tagsa ka mga panginahanglan. Ug para makanunayong masunod ang gimando sa Department of Health (DOH) istriktong Social Distancing, ako magahangyo sa inyong pagsabot ug kooperasyon nga mag schedule kita sa ilang pagsulod sa lungsod sa Talibon para sa ilang mga katoyu-an ug gikinihanglan. Magsugod ang maong pag-implementar karong Lunes petsa 20 Abril 2020. Mao kini ang mga mosunod:

Gitugutan nga makasulod ang mga molupyo sa maong lungsod base sa mga adlaw nga nakatakda inubanan gihapon sa pagpakita ug Home Quarantine Pass. Walay Home Quarantine Pass pasabot dili makasulod. Usa ra ka miyembro matag pamilya ang makabitbit ug Home Quarantine Pass.
Pero adunay ihatag nga mga exemptions ang lungsod nga makasulod sa bisan unsa pa nga adlaw kun ikaw adunay katoyoan ug opisyal nga transaksyon. Mao kini ang mga mosunod:
1. Tanang kawani sa Gobyerno nga mo transact sa mga bangko ug uban pang buhatan sa Gobyerno nga nahimutang sa lungsod sa Talibon;
2. Mga gikonsiderar nga mga Frontliners (Doctors, Nurses, PNP, BFP, AFP, Government Officials, etc.)
3. Mga emergency cases nga mo access sa Hospital ug uban pang pasilidad kabahin sa panlawas.
4. Mga kawani usab sa mga pribadong kompanya ug sa Gobyerno nga nahinutang usab sa lungsod sa Talibon;
5. Maghatod ug mga nag-unang panginahanglan sama sa (delivery vans ug trucks nga nagkarga ug bugas, nilata, mga tambal ug vitamin supplements)
Atong gituyo nga ang mga lungsod lamang sa Segundo Distrito maoy naka-schedule tungod kay mao man ang nabantayan nga maoy daghan nga mga molupyo nga mobisita sa lungsod sa Talibon. Apan dili pasabot nga dili ta mopasulod sa mga lungsod sa First ug Third District sa lalawigan sa Bohol kung aduna silay katuyo-an ug opisyal nga transakyon.
Manghinaot ako sa kinasingkasing nga kooperasyon ug pagsabot sa maong gi takda aron mapatuman ang gimando sa National Government.
