ASCE, is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with more than 25 years of leadership experience in managing and directing technical, financial, and business development activities for civil and environmental engineering and consulting companies. At the forefront of his success is his drive to assist all clients, from small companies to larger private and commercial clients, in all areas of environ
mental concern. Prior to establishing Sadat Engineering, Mr. Sadat served as General Manager for a well-established regional environmental consulting and construction firm. Previously, Mr. Sadat served as Vice President of Engineering for a national environmental consulting company, servicing clients in the US and abroad. Sadat was a key member of the engineering project team that developed, executed and completed the “Jersey Gardens Mall” project, the State of New Jersey’s premier Brownfields Redevelopment project that received the 2001 Phoenix Award – United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Region II. Sadat’s previous experience includes serving as a Director of Project Development for Tetra Tech, Inc., a multi-billion dollar consulting and construction firm. During his tenure, Mr. Sadat managed multi-million dollar engineering projects in civil, environmental, and wind energy for commercial and governmental clients. Sadat holds a Professional Engineer License in the States of Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and New Brunswick, Canada. Sadat received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University. Sadat is professionally affiliated with the following organizations:

Services Provided
In his role as a the project engineer, Mounir & the engineering team provided the following:
Soil borings were installed for the purpose of identifying the geologic subsurface strata. A final evaluation report was prepared which addressed the following:
Site Planning Design for 146,000 sq. ft. Proposed Retail Store
Performed Environmental Assessment to Evaluate Potential Impacts
Assisted Client in Obtaining State and Local Permits.
Assessed highway improvements, traffic measures to facilitate access to the facility, and access from the site to adjacent commercial facilities.
Reviewed subsurface geotechnical conditions and developed the design of the foundation and site grading accordingly.
