we have a 2 bed double glazed, centrally heated static caravan to rent on a lovely quiet south facing pitch with full wrap around decking
Very comfortable caravan , main bedroom has a king size bed , tv, lots of storage and en suite toilet and basin
Opposite the main bathroom with toilet , washbasin and shower you will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds which can be made into a double on request.
Free standing furniture in the lounge , dining area, full size fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and everything you could need to help your holiday run smoothly with dining area opposite , french doors open out onto the large fully enclosed secure wrap around decking with outdoor rattan furniture
Prices include beds made up on arrival , free unlimited WIFI, towels, washing up items, toilet rolls, toiletries, welcome coffee , tea, sugar , hair drier, iron and travel ironing board , travel cot, highchair and bed guard can also be provided free of charge on prior arrangement
We are also dog friendly and will accept up to 2 small or 1 medium to large well behaved dog
a 10 min stroll to lovely Hopton beach and all amenities on park

Loving our new bedroom curtains and bedding in the master bedroom which has a king size bed with a 6ft 2" long mattress , ideal for anyone a bit taller , mattress and pillow protectors, TV, dressing table and stool, lots of storage , an ensuite toilet and washbasin, lots of room for a travel cot at the end of the bed for no extra cost, we can also.provide a highchair and bedguard if required

Why Book With Us ?
1. Know exactly where your caravan will be on park, we are sited on a lovely quiet south facing pitch in a small cul de sac on the Golf Village , a 10 min stroll to the beach and all amenities on park , a 5 min stroll to the duck pond, woodland walk and children's play area , 8 min stroll to the golf course ,with a fully enclosed wrap around decking . Knowing exactly where you will be staying before you arrive also enables our guests to organise a food delivery straight to the caravan , Tesco , Iceland and Asda etc will all deliver , the address to put on the order is Bourne Leisure, Hopton Holiday Village, Warren Lane, Hopton On Sea, Great Yarmouth NR31 9BW and the pitch number , we also add a phone number so the driver can call for directions .
2. Our prices include lots of extras, beds made up on arrival (our beds also have mattress and pillow protectors and quality bed linen and bedding) , free unlimited WIFI, towels, bath mat, anti slip mat in shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, washing up items including dish cloths, washing up liquid , tea towel , bin bags , we also supply toilet rolls , welcome coffee , tea, sugar , use of a hair drier, travel cot, highchair, bed guard, outdoor seating on decking , picnic table , books, toys and games, first aid kit, small sewing kit etc etc , we are continually listening to our guests and adding items to help your holiday run smoothly .
3. We are often cheaper than Haven , to check out a price comparison please key in a 2 bed silver grade pet friendly caravan on a Hideaway Package (Park passes are extra)
4. We leave a manual in the caravan which gives lots of useful information , local phone numbers, how to work the heating, local attractions and beaches , where to eat out etc , we are always available to contact by phone or email .
5. We have a 2 bed caravan , with a larger than average master bedroom providing a king size bed , lots of storage , en suite toilet and washbasin, TV , dressing table and plenty of room to add a travel cot at the end of the bed if needed .
Our second bedroom has 2 caravan size single beds , a wardrobe and overhead storage , the beds can be made into a small double on request.
We have a larger than average kitchen/dining/lounge area with full size fridge/freezer, full size oven and hob, microwave, all that you could need in a kitchen , table and 4 chairs, 2 free standing sofas, one of which can be used as a double sofa bed on request , lovely french doors which open out onto a south facing secure wrap around deck with outdoor furniture , lovely to top up your tan or sit with a coffee, glass of wine or a bite to eat .
6 . We are dog friendly and will accept up to 2 small or 1 medium or large dog by prior arrangement .
We now only have a couple of breaks available this year but we are taking bookings for 2025 , please book early to avoid disappointment .
